Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients Instructions

  • six strips of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • one stalk of brussels sprouts
  • salt, pepper, garlic

  1. trim sprouts and remove outer leaves, and cut in half
  2. toss with grease from bacon
  3. add salt, pepper, and garlic
  4. saute medium-high in large pan, covered, stirring frequently, until tender
