Cream Cheese Pie

This is a lower-fat version of my mother's recipe.

Ingredients Instructions

  • 16 graham crackers (squares)
  • 3/8 C melted butter
  • 2 8-ounce packages light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  1. Oven: 350
  2. Crush crackers, combine with butter, and press into 8-inch pie plate.
  3. Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 T vanilla, 3/4 sugar, and pour into pie plate.
  4. Bake 17 minutes.
  5. While it's baking, combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar.
  6. Spread sour cream mixture on top of pie.
  7. Bake 10 more minutes.
  8. Cool.
