  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • ground nutmeg

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. When oven is hot, put butter in pan, and put in oven to warm up
  3. Mix eggs in food processor for 1 minute
  4. While continuing to mix, add milk slowly, then add flour a
  5. Continue mixing 30 seconds more
  6. Remove pan from oven, quickly pour in batter, and return to oven.
  7. Bake until puffy and well browned -- 20 to 25 minutes.
