Pie Crust

This is a low-fat, whole-grain pie crust that works well with pumpkin pie.

Ingredients Instructions

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  1. Mix everything in a food processor.
  2. Press into pie plate.
  3. Fill with contents of pie and bake.
