Pumpkin Pie

This crust is low-fat and healthy, making the pie a healthy, vegetable-y treat.

Ingredients Instructions

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 can pumpkin pie mix (not just plain canned pumpkin)
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs

  1. Oven: 425 / 350
  2. Mix oats, flour, etc. in food processor.
  3. press into greased pie plate to form crust
  4. Mix pumpkin, etc.
  5. Bake according to instructions on pumkin can.
