Roast Pork

This recipe comes from Patti Wade. It has been very reliable.

Ingredients Instructions

  • pork roast (6-7 pounds)

  • rub: rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder

  1. Preheat oven to 500
  2. Rub roast with mixture of rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes at 500
  4. Turn oven down to 225 and cook to an interior temperature of 145. Not more!
  5. Remove roast from oven and let sit for 15 minutes to re-absorb juices.
  6. Slice and enjoy.
