Turkey Tetrazzini

A great use for leftover turkey after Thanksgiving.

Ingredients Instructions

  • 10 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • mushrooms
  • one onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegatable oil

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup white wine

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups diced turkey
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

  • bread crumbs

  1. Oven 350.
  2. Saute mushrooms and onion in oil.
  3. Add flour and mix.
  4. Gradually add milk and wine, while stirring.
  5. Add peas, turkey cheese, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
  6. Mix with noodles, and put in 13x9 baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
