  • 1 12" pizza crust (e.g., Boboli)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  1. Oven: 375
  2. Combine pepper, onion, garlic powder, olive oil, and basil in mixing bowl.
  3. Spread on pizza crust
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
