Chili

Ingredients Instructions

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili pounder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Saute oil, onion, and turkey.
  2. Add everything else and stir.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 2 hours.
