2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1 clove garlic, minced

6 warmed tortillas

3/4 cub shredded cheddar cheese

Trim fat from meat and cut into pieces.

Put meat, tomatoes, onion, peppers, oregano, cumin, and garlic into slow cooker.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours.

Shred meat and mix with sauce.
