16 graham crackers (squares)

3/8 C melted butter

2 8-ounce packages light cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup light sour cream

1/4 cup sugar

Oven: 350

Crush crackers, combine with butter, and press into 8-inch pie plate.

Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 T vanilla, 3/4 sugar, and pour into pie plate.

Bake 17 minutes.

While it's baking, combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar.

Spread sour cream mixture on top of pie.

Bake 10 more minutes.

Cool.
