Cucumber Salad

Ingredients Instructions

  • 9 pounds of cucumbers
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

  1. Peel cucumbers, divide down the middle, then slice in Cuisinart.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix.
