8 ounces light cream cheese (neufchatel cheese), softened

1 cup lowfat cottage cheese

1 cup light sour cream

4 green onions, chopped

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

Brown meat.

Drain off fat.

Add salt, tomato sauce.

Cook noodles in boiling water.

Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions, bell pepper
