1.5 pounds skinless salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces

1/2 cup orange marmalade (use low-sugar, no artificial sweetener)

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root

1 garlic clove, crushed

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 green onions, sliced thin

Heat up grill.

Mix sauce: marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vinegar

Put fish on aluminum foil, cover with sauce, and seal.

Grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

After taking fish off grill, garnish with sliced onions.
