  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar

  1. Put in pan and mix.
  2. Heat on medium heat, stirring constantly until it clumps into one blob.
