1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup olive oil

one onion, chopped

2 cups milk

2 cans tuna

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon basil

one box frozen peas

four slices whole wheat bread, cut into cubes

8 ounces grated cheese

two tomatoes, sliced

Oven: 350
-
Mix flour and olive oil in sauce pan.

Add onion, and saute until onion is soft.

Add milk, a little at a time, stirring contiuously.

Add tuna, salt, pepper, basil.

Cook until thickened.

Add peas.
-
Mix bread and cheese.
-
Assemble casserole in a 13x8 baking dish in layers. Half of tuna mixture, then half of bread/cheese, then rest of tuna mixture, then tomatoes, then rest of bread/cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350.
