1 large jar spaghetti sauce

1 pound broccoli

1/2 of a 6 oz package of prewashed spinach

2 small cans mushrooms, drained

1 16 oz. carton ricotta cheese

1 egg
-
Parmesan cheese

lasagna noodles

Oven: 325

Spread a layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan

Add a layer of noodles (3 noodles)

Mix broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms. Add vegetable layer to pan.

Mix ricotta cheese, egg, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add as next layer to pan

Add second, and final, layer of noodles.

Spread remaining spaghetti sauce, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top,
-
Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
